Introduction to Inclusion Workshop - Moving from Awareness to Action

This workshop is designed for organizations at the beginning of their inclusion & belonging journey. In this workshop, your team will get clarity about what inclusion is and how it improves your organization’s performance. Inclusive Leadership Training

This workshop series is designed to provide leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to create and sustain inclusive work environments where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their full potential.

What’s Included:

Kickoff Session (Day 1)- 45-minute virtual meeting with the business sponsor and project manager to get clear on the business reasons for the change, what’s at stake, and what success looks like.  We’ll turn this into a simple set of key points, making a strong case for change, highlighting the consequences of doing nothing.

Stakeholder Insights Workshop (Day 3)– A 1.5-hour virtual meeting with a few frontline managers and influential employees. We’ll surface what people really care about, likely objections, and messaging that will land with your people. We pressure-test the messaging against your biggest skeptics, so you’re confident addressing objections, and sketch out how to get the word out to everyone.

Draft the Change Messages (Days 4-5)– We take everything we’ve learned and create a clear, structured story that explains what’s happening, why it matters, what’s in it for your employees, and what you need from them to move forward together.

Validate the Change Messages (Day 6) – We regroup with your project team to fine-tune your messaging in a live 1-hour working session. We ensure that our targeted messages reach executives, managers and employees, addressing tough questions.

Finalize Change Messages (Day 8)– You get a polished, ready-to-use 2-3 page message set plus a simple plan for sharing them, so everyone’s clear and on board.
