Meet the Founder
Amberus Partners was founded by Tiffany Perry, a seasoned advisor to senior leaders driving complex change in highly regulated and competitive industries.
Tiffany began her career practicing law, advising clients on complex legal and regulatory issues before moving into management consulting. She has since led organizational transformation projects with some of the world’s most respected firms—including PwC, Deloitte, Point B, and Gap—and delivered results for clients across legal, pharma, biotech, healthcare, technology, public sector, and retail.
A graduate of Princeton University, Tiffany also holds a law degree from Howard University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a PROSCI-certified change management practitioner, and brings a pragmatic, business-first approach to every engagement.
Tiffany is known for helping executive teams tackle high-stakes challenges—whether integrating new technology, improving operational efficiency, or leading through leadership transitions. She is also highly regarded for her expertise in helping organizations build more inclusive cultures that unlock better performance and business outcomes.
