Description

Description

A practical training that equips leaders to align early, commit clearly, and reinforce change consistently before execution gets hard. It includes confidential interviews with leaders, a readiness snapshot that surfaces areas of misalignment and readiness to champion the change and three-hour training workshop. The training concludes with a final report and a 30-day action plan to drive consistent, visible leadership support.

Timeframe: 4-6 weeks

Outcomes:

Leaders are aligned on priorities and messages so employees get clear direction, not mixed cues or shifting interpretations.

More visible sponsorship (reinforcement, escalation, stakeholder actions) to move change from plans into reality.

Create a Change Management Toolkit

Description

Empower your project management team with practical, ready-to-use change management templates and a fast-track training that demystifies change, increases adoption, and reduces project risk.  We host 1-2 working sessions plus interviews with the PMO team to understand your project portfolio, pain points, and what you need to drive change adoption.  Then we co-create up to eight tailored change management templates (e.g., communication plans, stakeholder maps) that make change management repeatable, measurable, and easy to embed in every project, so your team looks (and acts) like pros from day one.

Timeframe: 8-10 weeks
